Refund Policy

30-day returns

You may return any unopened, unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days at support@lumivex.co.za. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund — your choice.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@lumivex.co.za with your order number.
  2. We'll send return instructions and a collection address.
  3. Pack the item securely with all original accessories.
  4. Once received and inspected, we'll refund within 5–7 business days.

Refund method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing may add 2–3 business days.

Non-returnable items

  • Earphones and earbuds that have been opened or used (for hygiene reasons), unless faulty.
  • Items damaged through misuse.
  • Gift cards and clearance items marked final sale.

Warranty claims

All LUMIVEX products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.
