30-day returns
You may return any unopened, unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days at support@lumivex.co.za. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund — your choice.
How to start a return
- Email support@lumivex.co.za with your order number.
- We'll send return instructions and a collection address.
- Pack the item securely with all original accessories.
- Once received and inspected, we'll refund within 5–7 business days.
Refund method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing may add 2–3 business days.
Non-returnable items
- Earphones and earbuds that have been opened or used (for hygiene reasons), unless faulty.
- Items damaged through misuse.
- Gift cards and clearance items marked final sale.
Warranty claims
All LUMIVEX products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.
