1. Agreement

By accessing or purchasing from lumivex.co.za, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Orders & pricing

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel any order with an obvious pricing error and refund you in full.

3. Payment

Payment is processed at checkout via secure third-party providers. Your order is confirmed once payment clears.

4. Shipping & delivery

Delivery timelines, costs, and tracking are governed by our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds are handled per our Refund Policy and the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.

6. Warranty

All products carry a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects, in line with the CPA.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, design — is owned by LUMIVEX or its licensors and may not be reused without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LUMIVEX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our products or website.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
